岸边集装箱起重机钢结构状态监测诊断系统研究

摘要

岸边集装箱起重机钢结构尺度深、跨度大, 无法对其所有位置进行监测.介绍了对岸边集装箱起重机钢结构进行在线监测的一种实施办法, 根据重要程度及用途确定监测点和监测位置, 对其中最薄弱位置、应力集中最大处、最易疲劳位置等致命关键节点进行实时监测, 可减少机械损伤.%The steel structure of quayside container cranes is of deep scale and large span, and it is impossible to monitor all points of cranes. An on-line monitoring method for steel structure of quayside container crane is introduced in this paper. According to the importance and use, the monitoring points and monitoring positions are determined. The key fatal nodes such as the weakest position, the maximum stress concentration and the most fatigued position are monitored in real time, which can reduce the mechanical damage of cranes.
