门机行走轮负轮压问题的分析与处理

摘要

一台45 t -45 m 单臂架式门机在臂架与轨道成45°工况下，以最大幅度提升1.25倍额定载荷时，被发现行走台车车轮出现负轮压的现象。分析了该问题产生的原因，提出了有效的处理方案，并对经过处理后的门机进行了整机受力分析，保证了门机的使用功能和安全性能。%The case of negative wheel pressure from travelling gear was appeared when a 45t - 45m single jib type of portal crane lifted a 1. 25 times of rated load at maximum range in condition of 45°between jib and rail. This paper analy-zes the reason of this problem,puts forward an effective solution,and gets a global load analysis on the crane after treat-ment,so that the crane′s running functions and safety performance are improved.
