卷扬式起升机构压绳装置设计

摘要

针对卷扬式起重机起升机构存在的重大安全隐患问题，设计了一款卷扬式起重机压绳装置，将传统的起升机构钢丝绳斜拉由单独绳槽控制改进为压绳装置控制，使钢丝绳整体有序地排列在绳槽上，避免因钢丝绳损坏造成重物掉落，最大限度地保护工作人员的安全。%A hoist crane rope pressing device is designed for the major security problems in hoist crane lifting mech-anism. The device improves separate rope slot control into rope pressing control for traditional lifting mechanism stayed, which makes wire rope arranged in an orderly manner on the rope groove and prevents the wire rope from being extruded on the edge of the drum groove or the outer edge of the pulley,damaging wire rope and causing heavy drop. The device can greatly protect the safety of the staff.
