国际旅行卫生保健中心过敏性休克抢救记录单的设计及应用

摘要

Objective The rescue records aims to timely、accurately record the rescue process.Methods There are three parts in this rescue records,header column,table,and note.Record lists life signs and the rescue of pa-tients with rescue measures in details.Results Through the simulation of patients with anaphylactic shock rescue, the rescue records conform to the actual needs of the work.Conclusion The rescue records is simple,applicable to the actual work,also conforms to the requirements of ISO9000 quality system.%目的：及时、准确的记录抢救过程。方法设计的抢救记录单分楣栏、表格、注释三部分，详细列出了抢救时的患者的生命体征及各项抢救措施。结果通过模拟过敏性休克病人的抢救，该抢救记录单符合实际工作需要。结论抢救记录单简单、适用于实际工作，同时符合 ISO9000质量体系的要求。
