A system and method for communicating patient information to healthcare centers, before the arrival of the patient at a healthcare center is provided. The system (100) includes a data module (102) and a data processing module (104). The data module (102) is configured to receive information provided by the patient. The data processing module (104) is configured to access the data received in the data module (102), process the data received in the data module (102), determine the location of the patient, suggest healthcare centers based on the patient’s location and communicate the information of the patient to healthcare centers.
