岸边集装箱起重机快速化设计的仿真系统

         

摘要

针对岸边集装箱起重机设计中重复性工作量大、设计效率有待提高的现状,以虚拟样机技术和参数化建模技术为基础,充分利用Adams软件的参数化建模功能,建立岸边集装箱起重机的虚拟样机模型。该模型将Adams平台与SQL Server支撑数据库相结合,通过快速设计仿真系统实现虚拟样机的仿真试验分析,提高了岸边集装箱起重机的设计效率,降低了设计开发成本。%By now, the design of quayside container crane is restricted by a large quantity of repeated work and lower design efficiency. In that case, a virtual prototype model of quayside container crane is built by using the parametric modeling function of Adams software on the basis of virtual prototyping techniques and parametric modeling techniques. The above model combines Adams Platform with SQL Server Database. In addition, a rapid design simulation system is applied to complete the simulation testing analysis of virtual prototype, which improves the design efficiency of quayside container crane and reduces the design development cost.
