液压式轮边制动器在龙门起重机防风改造中的应用

摘要

Based on the comparative analysis of the windproof mechanism and performance of hydraulic wheel brake, rail brake and iron wedge, the technical plan of applying hydraulic wheel brake in the improvement of wind resistance of rail-mounted gantry crane is put forward by using Haikou port container terminal project as a project case. Furthermore, the wind resistance is calculated and the actual effect before and after the improvement are compared each other. The results show that the hydraulic wheel brake is of reliable and stable windproof effect and performance.%基于液压式轮边制动器与顶轨器、防风铁楔的防风机理和性能特征比较,以海口港集装箱码头起重机防风改造为例,提出了液压式轮边制动器在轨道式龙门起重机防风改造中技术方案、并进行了防风能力验算及改造前与改造后的实际使用效果对比.应用表明,液压式轮边制动器的工作性能和防风效果可靠、稳定.
