墩身混凝土拉杆孔修补方案探究

     

摘要

After the pier concrete is completed and demoulded, it will produce a row of various tie rod holes. At the same time, the concrete in the surrounding area of these holes will have different degrees of damage, once exposed to the external environment and exposed to wind for a long time. Blowing, rain, sun, etc. will be slowly eroded and carbonized, thereby adversely affecting the quality of pier concrete construction. Not only that, this row of holes also caused serious damage to the integrity of the pier body, which seriously affected the appearance of the pier body. Therefore, timely repair of the hole in the pier body is the main way to control the appearance of the pier body. Based on this, the author combines many years of practical work experience to analyze the concrete appearance quality of the pier body and its causes, and give effective appearance quality control measures. At the same time, the repair of the appearance repair process is mainly based on tie rod hole repair. I hope to use this as The actual work provides the basis for reference.%墩身混凝土在浇筑完成并拆模之后,会产生一排排各种各样的拉杆孔洞,同时这些孔洞周边区域的混凝土会出现不同程度的损伤,如果长期暴露在外界环境中并遭受风吹、雨淋、日晒等会被慢慢侵蚀与碳化,从而给墩身混凝土施工的质量带来不利影响.不仅如此,这一排排的孔洞对墩身的整体性也带来严重破坏,给墩身外观形成造成严重影响.因此,对墩身拉杆孔洞进行及时修补是控制墩身外观质量的主要方式.基于此,本文结合多年实际工作经验,对墩身混凝土外观质量问题及诱因进行分析,并给出有效控制措施,同时以拉杆孔修补为主阐述外观修补施工工艺,望借此为实际工作提供参考、依据.
