数字化时代我国图书馆公共借阅权的研究分析

This paper analyses the development of Public Lending Right and the influence of digital technology toward it ,Then the author gets a conclusion： Public Lending Right is the problem that library can not avoid in its future development ,so we should well prepared for its coming .%文章就数字化时代对图书馆公共借阅权的影响和我国公共借阅权的发展进行了分析，指出公共借阅权是未来图书馆不可回避的问题，应该做好积极理论和实践准备。
