The status and characteristics of domestic and international Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) were introduced, the existing problems of China 's CDM development were analyzed, China 's CDM development strategies and recommendations were put forward for the reference of the industry.%　　介绍了国内外清洁能源发展机制(CDM)的现状和特点，分析我国CDM发展存在的问题，提出我国CDM发展的对策和建议，供业内人士参考。
