企业年轻员工职业健康心理探析

摘要

As a large number of young people born in the 1980s into the enterprise jobs, on social stage, they and the 1960 s, 70 s very different strangers, the group characteristics of triggered the social from all walks of life of the whole society and controversial high attention, the administration also become enterprise human resources management and new challenges. This article first analyzes the staff of after 80s career stress and psychological health condition, and then the occupational health psychology theory, and finally discusses the private enterprise of coping mechanism.%　　随着大量1980年之后出生的年轻人进入企业工作岗位，走上社会舞台，他们与20世纪60年代、70年代生人迥然不同的群体特征，引发了社会各界的争议和全社会的高度关注，对其管理也成为企业人力资源管理的新挑战。文章首先分析了80后员工的职业压力及心理健康状况，然后引入职业健康心理学的理论，最后探讨私营企业的应对机制。
