Through the document literature and questionnaire investigation,with survey sample of schoolgirl reading in two middle school in liuzhou city,psychological barriers and countermeasures were investigated when the girl learned track and field,relevant countermeasures were proposed.%通过文献资料与问卷调查法,以柳州市2所中学在读女生为调查样本,对女生在田径学习中所出现的心理障碍进行调查研究,提出了相关对策。
