某选矿厂尾矿微细粒级锡石回收利用试验研究

摘要

根据某选矿厂尾矿的矿石性质，探讨采用重-浮-重的原则工艺对尾矿中的微细粒级锡石进行了回收利用试验研究。其中-0．074唧占试样的91．28％，该试样属于微细粒级难回收锡石。通过采用重-浮-重联合工艺最终获得锡精矿含锡品位为54．48％、回收率为24．73％，中度锡精矿品位26．18％、回收率5．91％，低度锡精矿品位2．41％，回收率18．23％。%On the basis of study on the ore property of the tailings, the recovery and utilization of micro fine cassiterite （-0.074mm 91.28%） in the tailings was studies by gravity-flotation-gravity flowsheet. The cassiterite was difficult to recover. The results showed that the content of Sn in cassiterite concentrate was 54.48%, and the recovery was 24.73%. The content and recovery of Sn are 26.18% and 5.91% respectively in moderate-grade cassiterite concentrate. In low-grade cassiterite concentrate, the content of Sn was 2.41%, and the recovery was 18.23%.
