This paper introduces the basic concepts of train operation monitoring device (referred to as LKJ) and LKJ basic data, as well as the importance of LKJ and the basic data in the railway traffic safety. The management information system for submitting and auditing LKJ basic data based modern information technology establish to strengthen the submission, review, summary of LKJ basic data, and other related LKJ basic data management links.
