In PCB production line operation the research object, from A company in certain conditions continued to improve production line. Production line bottleneck problem is analyzed with model method; Use ECRS method to reduce working procedure number and number; USES the advanced mechanical equipment and improves the operation time of SMT system compiler to improve production line balance rate and product quality, reduce cost, a very good competitive benefit finally.%以A公司的PCB的生产线作业研究对象，在特定的条件下持续对生产线进行改善。用模特法分析生产线瓶颈问题；用ECRS方法减少工序数和动作次数；采用先进的机械器具和编译程序提高SMT系统的作业时间来提高生产线的平衡率和产品质量，降低成本，最后产生很好的竞技效益。
