广西有色金属冶炼行业循环经济评价指标体系的构建及评价方法研究

摘要

According to the principle of“Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’’in the circular economy and principle of“Scientificity, Practicality” in assessment index system, the study tried to establish an assessment index system to evaluate the level of circular economy development, combining with the production characteristics of Guangxi nonferrous metal smelting industry and the status of circular economy development.%根据循环经济“减量化、再利用、资源化”的原则和设置指标体系“科学性与可操作性”的原则，结合广西有色金属冶炼行业的生产特点以及循环经济发展情况，研究设置了可评价广西有色金属冶炼行业发展循环经济的指标体系。
