提升客户满意度是商业银行提高其竞争力、获利的关键所在.客户满意度分析是建立和强化地方性商业银行满足客户能力的基础.文章利用调查问卷对广西四家地方性商业银行的客户满意度进行调查分析,找出其服务中存在的不足,并为其进一步提高客户满意度水平提出了改进措施.%Customer satisfaction is the commercial Banks to improve its competitiveness and the key to profit. Customer satisfaction analysis is to establish and strengthen the basis of local commercial banks to meet the customers' ability. In this paper, using the questionnaire of Guangxi four local commercial bank customer satisfaction investigation analysis, find out the insufficiency in its service, and further improve the level of customer satisfaction for its improvement measures are put forward.
