浅谈关于新图书馆管理系统的馆员培训——以广西中医药大学图书馆为例

With the rapid development of technology information and the needs of readers of the times, library management system also update rapidly, so many libraries will face the replacement of old management system. Then, the librarian training of the new system is very important. In this paper, took the library of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine's practical experience about JP Software system as an example, It proposed methods, problems in the librarian training work, and put forward the related countermeasure based on the analysis of the reasons. Hope to bring positive effects to the other libraries.%随着科技信息的快速发展以及读者与时俱进的需求,图书馆管理系统也在不停的更新换代,因而许多图书馆都将面临新旧管理系统的更替.这时,如何对馆员进行新系统的培训变得尤为重要.文章以广西中医药大学图书馆引进金盘系统的实践经验为例,提出了馆员培训工作中采用的方法,出现的问题,并在分析原因的基础上提出相关对策.以期给各馆带来积极作用.
