论艺术品与商业联姻是把双刃剑--以艺术品拍卖市场为例

         

摘要

Art is the creation of human spirit goods can enrich people's spiritual and cultural life, meet the enjoyment of beauty and spiritual pleasure, to improve people's aesthetic awareness, aesthetic education and aesthetic entertainment purposes. Art in non commodity and commodity way in the public service, due to the imbalance of China's social material production and artistic production so, non-commercial public service services to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of people, so most of the art works of art goods and services to the public. In this paper, the art auction market as an example, to explore the pros and cons of commercial art as an art and social activities, how to balance the relationship of art and business of the two. The art auction market operation more standardized and more legitimate, the art of better service to the public, so as to enhance China's cultural life.%艺术品是人类创造的精神物品,可以丰富人们的精神文化生活,满足美的享受和精神的愉悦,达到提高人们审美认识、审美教育和审美娱乐的目的。艺术品以非商品和商品的方式服务于大众,由于我国社会物质生产与艺术生产的不平衡,使得非商品性的艺术品——公益服务难以满足人们日益增长的精神文化需求,因此艺术品大多以艺术商品服务于大众。文章以艺术品拍卖市场为例,探讨艺术品作为艺术商品对艺术活动和社会活动的利弊关系,如何平衡艺术品与商业二者的关系,使艺术品拍卖市场运营更合法更规范,艺术商品更好服务于社会大众,从而提升我国人民精神文化生活质量。
