氯乙烯精馏尾气变压吸附装置在运行中存在的问题及解决措施

摘要

阐述了变压吸附氯乙烯精馏尾气装置运行中存在的问题——变化吸附装置在运行1年后出现产品气夹带白色粉末现象。经过试验摸索，采用增加水吸收塔，用-35℃盐水冷却的方案，使问题得到彻底解决，改造后运行效果稳定，并取得了一定的经济效益和环保效益。%Problems existing in operation of pressure swing adsorption unit for vinyl chloride rectif- ying tail gas, i.e. product gas entraining white powder after it ran for one year, were introduced. Through conducting experiments, it was found that adding a water absorption tower and adopting -35 ℃ cooling brine could solve the problems completely. After improvements were made, the operation was steady and could achieve some economic effects and environmental effects.
