介绍了CENTUM CS3000在微悬浮法PVC糊树脂生产中的应用情况，简述了工艺流程、控制系统硬件配置，重点分析了配方管理、均化过程、聚合温度控制方案的软件实现过程。%The application situations of CENTUM CS3000 system in the production of microsuspension PVC paste resins were introduced. The process flow and hardware configuration of control system were briefly described. The software realization of the control schemes for recipe man- agement, homogenization process and polymerization temperature were emphatically analyzed.
