Graphene/PVC composites were prepared by solution blending method. The effects of graphene content on the properties of graphene/PVC composites were investigated. The results showed that the graphene content in PVC should not be more than 2 parts, otherwise the graphene would be agglomerated. When the graphene content was 2 parts, the graphene/PVC composites had better tensile properties. The antistatic properties of graphene/PVC composites im-proved with the increase in graphene content, and the suitable content was 2 . 0 -2 . 5 parts. With the increase in graphene content, the Vicat softening temperature of graphene/PVC composites gradually increased.%采用溶液共混法制备了石墨烯/PVC复合材料,考察了石墨烯用量对石墨烯/PVC复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:①石墨烯在PVC中的用量不宜超过2.0份,否则会出现团聚;②石墨烯用量为2.0份时,石墨烯/PVC复合材料具有较好的拉伸性能;③增加石墨烯的用量可显著提高石墨烯/PVC复合材料的抗静电性能,适宜用量为2.0~2.5份;③随着石墨烯用量的增加,石墨烯/PVC复合材料的维卡软化温度逐渐升高.
