PUE/微米SiO2复合材料抗冲蚀磨损性能研究

         

摘要

Polyurethane elastomer (PUE)/micron-SiO2 composites were prepared by means of prepolymer process. Micron-Si02 was modificated in surface with silane coupling agent KH-550 and ultrasonic wave dispersion was adopted to improve its dispersibility in PUE matrix. The effects of the micron-SiO2 which was modified on the erosion properties of the composites were studied. The results indicated that the treated micron-SiO2 was dispersed uniformly in PU matrix and the erosion properties of the composites were greatly improved. The erosion properties of the composites were the highest when the mass fraction of micron-SiO2was 4%, and the erosion wear was minimum.%采用预聚体法制备了聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)/微米SiO2复合材料,通过硅烷偶联剂KH-550对微米SiO2表面改性以及超声波分散的方法来提高微米SiO2在PUE基体中的分散性,并研究了表面处理后微米SiO2对PUE/微米SiO2复合材料的磨损性能的影响.结果表明,经过表面处理微米SiO2的用量对复合材料的磨损性能影响较大,当微米SiO2的质量分数为4%时,复合材料的性能达到最佳,此时的磨耗最小.
