以低相对分子质量的聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯三聚体、含活性氢的硅烷偶联剂为原料,合成了一种用于促进汽车挡风玻璃与聚氨酯密封胶密封粘接的底涂剂,探讨了聚酯多元醇合成的预聚体加入量和硅烷偶联剂加入量对底涂剂性能的影响.结果表明,制成的底涂剂有较快的表干时间,并对玻璃基材和聚氨酯密封胶都具有优异的粘接力.%A primer used to improve the adhesion between automobile windscreen and polyurethane sealant was produced with low molecular weight polyester,isocyanate trimer and silane coupling agent with activated hydrogen groups.The influences of the amount of silane coupling agent and prepolymer made from polyester on primer performance were researched.The results showed that the primer with this formulation system appeared a shorter surface drying time and had an excellent adhesion to both glass material and polyurethane sealant.
