摘要

PURPOSE: An undercoat agent is provided to form an undercoat layer with excellent adhesive property with both of an actinic-energy-ray curable thin film and a plastic film at a relatively low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An undercoat agent for a plastic film including an actinic-energy-ray curable thin comprises: a polyester resin(A) in which the content of a carboxylate anion group is 0.3~1.5 mmol/g; a compound(B) including an actinic-energy-ray polymerizable functional group and carboxylate anion group; a compound(C) having at least three aziridinyl groups. The polyester resin component is formed by neutralizing the reactant of tricarboxylic acids with dehydration-condensation products in which dicarboxylic acids, diols and triols are formed.
