The halogen-free synergistic flame-retardant polyurethane urea(PCU) system used in rubber elastomers was prepared with HDI trimer/IPDI polyurethane prepolymer as hardener,polyaspartic as chain extender,hydroxyl silicone oil/N-P hydroxyl flame-retardant polyether(Si-N/P) and APP/PER as synergistic flame retardant.The influences of the synergistic flame retardant on the flame-retardant and mechanical properties of PCU system were discussed.The results showed that halogen-free synergistic flame-retardant PCU system had good flame-retardant performance and mechanical properties.The limit of the oxygen index (LOI) of PCU system was increased from 18 to 33,and the tensile strength was 5.2 MPa,elongation at break was 235% and hardness was 57 when Si-N/P amounted to 20% and APP/PER was 30%.Cooperative motion with elastomers was well done.%以HDI三聚体/IPDI预聚体为固化剂,聚天门冬氨酸酯为扩链剂,烷羟基硅油/氮磷羟基阻燃聚醚POP(Si-N/P)与聚磷酸铵(APP)/季戊四醇(PER)为协同阻燃剂,设计了橡胶表面用无卤协同阻燃聚氨酯脲弹性体.讨论了协同阻燃剂用量对体系阻燃与机械性能的影响.结果表明,无卤协同阻燃聚氨酯脲弹性体具有较好的阻燃性能和机械性能,当Si-N/P质量分数为20%,APP/PER质量分数为30%时,其极限氧指数(LOI)从18提高到33,拉伸强度5.2 MPa,断裂伸长率235%,邵A硬度57,可实现与橡胶基材匹配的协同运动.
