以聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇(PPC)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4?丁二醇(BDO)等为原料,采用预聚体法合成了聚碳酸亚丙酯型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(PPC?TPU).探讨了硬段含量、异氰酸酯指数(R)、相对分子质量等对弹性体磨耗性能的影响,并与商业化多元醇制备的弹性体进行比较.研究表明,随着硬段含量、R值的增加,制备的弹性体的磨耗出现最小值;随PPC分子量增加,弹性体的耐磨性提高.在相同硬段含量下,PPC型TPU的耐磨性优于聚醚型TPU的,和聚酯型及P TMG型TP U的相近.%The poly( propylene carbonate)?based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers( PPC?TPU) were pre?pared by prepolymerization process using 4,4′?diphenylmethane disocyanate ( MDI) and 1,4?BDO as raw materials and the abrasion properties of elastomers were studied. The effects of isocyanate index ( R) , hard?segment content and molecular weight on the abrasion properties of PPC?TPU were discussed. With increasing R and hard segment content, the abrasion value decreased firstly and then increased. When the molecular weight increased, abrasion value decreased. It was also found that PPC?TPU had the best abrasion properties comparing with commercial poly?ols such as polyether diol, polyester udiol, and PTMG based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers.
