The development of production technology for 82.5 dtex/144 f FDY slub yarn was introduced. The process conditions for the production of slub yarn by spinning and stretching one-step method were discussed in terms of hot roll installation and spinning,adjustment of spinning speed,drawing and setting and oil content. The specific details of the related products actual production were put forward.
