氧化石墨烯阴极电泳涂料的合成研究

         

摘要

以二乙醇胺胺化的双酚A环氧树脂、甲乙酮肟和3,5-二甲基吡唑封闭的异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酰胺树脂和氧化石墨烯为原料,合成了一种高耐腐蚀的阴极电泳涂料,探讨了固化温度、pH值、固体含量和电泳时间等因素对涂膜的影响,并对阴极电泳涂料漆膜的性能进行了研究.结果表明,固化温度120℃条件下制备的漆膜的附着力达0级、冲击强度60 cm、耐盐雾腐蚀时间达2600 h.%A epoxy resin cathode electrophoretic coating was synthesized with diethanolamine aminated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 3, 5-dimethylpyrazole and methyl ethyl ketoxime fully blocked isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), graphene oxide and polyamide resin as base materials. The effects of curing temperature, pH, solid content and electrophoresis time on the coating film were discussed. The performance of the cathodic electrocoating paint film was studied also. The results showed that the paint film prepared at curing temperature of 120 ℃ showed the adhesion grade of 0, the impact strength of 60 cm, and the salt spray time of 2600 h.
