碳纤维表面化学镀镍工艺的研究

         

摘要

Through pretreatment of etching,sensitization and activation to carbon fiber,the condition,structure,activity and compatibilities with other materials were improved.The electroless Ni plating was applied on the metallized carbon fiber,and the.optimum plating parameters were obtained by orthogonal experiments.By considering the deposition rate,four steps named as induction,acceleration,deceleration and stabilization could be classified for the electroless plating process.The effect of reaction temperature,pH value and concentration of complexing agent on the characteristics of electroless Ni coating were discussed.%通过粗化、敏化、活化等预处理,改变了碳纤维表面的状态和结构,提高了表面活性,改善了碳纤维与其它物质的相容性.在经过金属化的碳纤维上进行化学镀镍,经过正交试验,得到了最佳工艺条件,在化学镀过程中沉积速度分为四个阶段:诱导期-加速期-减速期-稳定期;对反应温度、pH及络合剂的质量浓度对化学镀镍层的影响进行了讨论.
