By testing plating solution and coating of BZ-480 zincate zinc plating and comparing with CZ-450 cyanide zinc plating,it's found that the BZ-480 zincate zinc plating has a wider range of current density and faster deposition rate, also meets requirements of throwing power, NSS testing, SF6 corrosion testing , especially, it could pass the testing of crystal whisker culture experiment, accords with the no crystal whisker generating requirement of zinc plating parts in high voltage switch. Therefore, we may use the whisker-free zincate zinc plating instead of cyanide zinc plating.%通过对BZ-480锌酸盐镀锌工艺的镀液和镀层性能测试,对比现有的CZ-450氰化镀锌工艺.锌酸盐镀锌工艺的电流密度范围宽、沉积速度快,深镀能力、中性盐雾试验、SF6气体腐蚀试验均满足工艺要求.特别是通过了培须试验的测试,符合高压开关产品对镀锌层无晶须生成的要求.因此,完全可以用无晶须锌酸盐镀锌工艺取代氰化镀锌工艺.
