高活性镍钴铁三元合金电极的制备及析氢性能研究

         

摘要

In order to improve the hydrogen evolution performance of nickel based electrode,by adopting constant potential method,a high-activity Ni-Co-Fe ternary alloy electrode was prepared through changing mass concentration ratio of each alloy in the plating bath,deposition potential,deposition time and etc.By measuring the polarization curves of different electrodes in 1 mol/L NaOH solution,the optimum deposition condition was obtained as follows:NiSO4· 6H2O:36.25 g/L,NiC12 6H2O:1.25 g/L,CoSO4 · 7H2O:5 g/L,FeSO4 · 7 H2O:7.5 g/L,H3 BO3:10 g/L,ascorbic acid 10 g/L,sodium dodecyl sulfate:1 g/L,pH =4.0,electrodeposition potential of-1.45 V and electrodeposition time of 300 s.The measuring result of cathodic polarization curve showed that:at a current density of 50 mA/cm2 condition,hydrogen evolution potential of the Ni-Co-Fe alloy electrode was reduced to 121 mV,which meant a 50% reduction compared with that of pure nickel electrode and a 35% reduction compared with that of Ni-Co electrode.%为进一步提高镍基电极的析氢性能,采用恒电位沉积法,通过改变镀液中各合金的质量浓度比、沉积电位、沉积时间等条件,制备出一种高活性的镍钴铁三元合金电极.通过测定电极在1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中的极化曲线,得到最佳的沉积工艺条件为:36.25 g/L NiSO4.6H2O,1.25g/L NiCl2·6H2O,5g/L CoSO4 ·7H2O,7.5 g/L FeSO4 ·7H2O,10 g/L H3 BO3,0.5 g/L抗坏血酸,1g/L十二烷基硫酸钠,pH =4.0,电沉积电位-1.45V,电沉积时间300s.阴极极化曲线测试结果表明在5 A/dm2的条件下,镍钴铁三元合金电极的析氢过电位降低至121 mV,相比于纯镍电极过电位降低近50%,相比于镍钴电极过电位降低近35%.
