荆芥中总黄酮的微波提取及含量测定

摘要

Microwave technique applied in extraction of total flavone of Schizonepeta tenuifolia has been obtained for the first time. The total flavone content was carried out by colorimetry, and thetotal content from Schizonepeta tenuifolia is 1 110%,recovery rate is 97 6%, RSD=1 28%.
