转WSA基因棉花对棉田节肢动物群落结构及稳定性的影响

         

摘要

本文以转WSA基因棉、转Bt基因棉和常规棉为研究对象,在系统调查棉田节肢动物的基础上,研究了WSA基因导入棉花对棉田节肢动物群落参数及稳定性的影响.研究结果表明:转WSA基因棉对蚜虫具有一定的控制作用,蚜虫发生数量显著低于对照棉田.WSA基因棉田节肢动物群落物种丰富度、多样性指数、均匀度、优势集中性指数等群落参数与对照棉田无明显变化,群落相似性指数均在0.8以上.WSA基因导入棉花未对棉田节肢动物群落结构及稳定性产生显著影响.%In order to study the influence of the transgenic WSA cotton on the structure and the stability of arthropod community,a systematic survey was conducted. Two transgenic cotton varieties (WSA cotton and Bt cotton) and one common cotton variety were adopted. The results showed that the quantity of Aphis gossypii Glover in WSA cotton field was significantly lower than that in other two cotton fields. The control efficacy of WSA cotton to A. gossypii was fine. There was no significant difference in the parameters of arthropod community (S, H', J, C ) between WSA cotton and the other two cotton fields. The community coefficient of WSA cotton and the other two cotton fields were all above 0. 8. The difference of structure and the stability of the arthropod community was not significant between different cotton fields.
