In 2007-2012,the sowing times,cultivars and molecular detection of viruses on processing tomato were studied in Shihezi.The investigation on processing tomato virus diseases in different sowing times showed that the incidence rate and disease index of late sowing (May 20) were 67.94% and 43.47,respectively,which were higher than those of the early sowing (April 5) and proper sowing (April 25).According to the investigation on the incidence situation and the analysis of the significance of differences in the disease index of 15 processing tomato cultivars,the four cultivars,namely ‘ Lige87-5 ',‘ Shifan 15 ',‘ Tunhe 4' and ‘ Shifan 18' had relatively high incidence rate in the field,while the other four cultivars,namely ‘ Xinfan 9 ',‘ Xinfan 4',‘ Q027 ' and ‘ Shifan 3 ' had relatively low incidence rate in the field.The molecular detection on the 5 viruses of 400 infected plants showed that the incidence in the field was mainly resulted from the mixed infection of ToMV and other virus combinations (CMV+PVY,CMV+BBWV and PVY+BBWV).%2007-2012年,通过播期、品种试验及毒原的分子检测对石河子地区加工番茄病毒病进行研究.对不同播期加工番茄病毒病的调查表明:晚播(5月20日)发病率和病情指数高达67.94%和43.47,高于早播(4月5日)和适播(4月25日);对15个加工番茄品种发病情况调查并对病情指数进行差异显著性分析显示,‘里格87-5'、‘石番15'、‘屯河34'、‘石番18'4个品种田间发病较重;‘新番9'、‘新番4*、‘Q027'、‘石番3'4个品种田间发病相对较轻;对400份田间病样5种病毒的分子检测表明,田间发病主要以ToMV与另2种病毒(CMV+PVY、CMV+ BB-WV、PVY+ BBWV)的复合侵染为主.
