食物对暗黑鳃金龟卵巢发育和生殖力的影响

     

摘要

通过对取食不同寄主植物的暗黑鳃金龟生殖力和卵巢发育的观察发现,食物对暗黑鳃金龟产卵量影响显著,取食榆树叶的暗黑鳃金龟产卵量最高,平均单雌产卵量为39.30粒;取食桃树叶的暗黑鳃金龟产卵量最低,平均单雌为4.72粒;两者相差8倍。食物对暗黑鳃金龟的卵巢发育也存在明显影响,取食榆树叶的暗黑鳃金龟卵巢最长,平均为9.34 mm;取食桃树叶的暗黑鳃金龟卵巢最短,平均为6.12 mm,与取食榆树叶的卵巢长度差异显著。产卵量(Y)与其产卵前期(X 1)和卵巢长度(X2)存在极显著的线性相关,并通过回归分析建立了群体产卵量的计算公式:Y =-713.82-9.23X 1+160.53X2(P<0.01)(R2=0.79)。%The fecundity and ovary development of Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky were found to be different between individuals fed with different host plants.We tested the fecundity and ovary length of female individuals fed with five host plant species.Our results showed that foods had significant effects on the fecundity.Individuals feeding on elm leaves had the largest fecundity,producing 39.3 eggs per female on average,while those feeding on peach leaves had the least fecundity,producing 4.7 eggs per female on average.Diet plants also had an obvious influence on the ovary development.Individuals fed with elm leaves had the longest ovary with an average length of 9.34 mm,whereas the individuals fed with peach leaves had the shortest ovary with an average length of 6.12 mm,which was significantly different from the former.We conducted a multiple variable regression analy-sis,which showed a significant linear correlation between the fecundity (Y ),the pre-oviposition period (X 1 )and the ovary’s length (X 2 ).The regression equation for calculating the fecundity could be expressed as:Y =-713. 82-9.23X 1 +160.53X 2 (P <0.01)(R 2 =0.79).
