相变微胶囊在牛仔布上的应用

The self-prepared phase-change microcapules were used into processing jeans cloth by padding and dipping and coating technology, the optimum conditions of processing were determined. And the impact of the two processing technologies on jeans cloth properties was explored. The results showed that the self-prepared phase-change microcapsules could ajust temperture intelligently during padding and coating denim, which had a similar effect with the commercialized phase-change microcapsules.%将自制的相变微胶囊采用浸轧工艺和涂层工艺对牛仔布进行处理,确定了浸轧整理的最优工艺条件,探讨了不同整理工艺对牛仔布性能的影响.研究结果表明,自制的相变微胶囊,可用于牛仔布的智能调温功能整理,其效果与商品相变微胶囊性能相近.
