低温胁迫下植物响应机理的研究进展

摘要

The damage mechanism of plant under low temperature is introduced in this paper. At the same time, the response mechanism of plant morphological characters, anatomical structure of leaves, anti-oxidant system, MDA, soluble protein, chorophyll and gene expression under low temperature were studied. At last, the development and emphasis of studies on plant response mechanism under low tem-perature stress are discussed. The aims are to provide important theoretical basis for screening germplasm resources with low temperature-resistant capability and breeding new varieties.%本文阐述了低温胁迫下植物伤害机理，综述了低温胁迫下植物形态特征、叶结构、植物抗氧化系统、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素及基因表达响应研究，并且探讨了今后低温胁迫研究方向。目的是为植物主要是农作物耐寒性种质资源的筛选和新品种选育提供重要的理论依据。
