地铁综合监控系统软件开发与监理的质量控制

摘要

Subway integrated monitor system, like the central nervous system of brain, enables information sharing, business association, and events linkage. Normally, integrated monitoring software is developed by software development companies. However, during plant supervision stage, software problems are discovered and subsequent modifications and tests of the software are required. In Beijing Subway Line 9 Project, plant engineering consultants are, for the first time, invited to participate in integrated monitoring software development stage. Plant engineering consultants participated in software design documentation, quality plan document review, and process control of software R&D. This practice signiifcantly reduced onsite workload and enhanced implementation rate..%地铁综合监控系统是实现各系统信息共享、业务关联和事件联动等功能的“大脑中枢系统”，一般情况下综合监控软件开发质量管理是由软件开发企业来完成，但在设备监理验收时仍会发现诸多问题，软件还要进行再次的修改、调试。北京地铁9号线工程率先在综合监控系统软件开发过程中委托了监理，监理工程师参与软件设计文件、质量计划等文件的审查，对软件研发过程质量进行控制，大大减少了现场修改工作量，显著提高了开通功能实现率。
