The present invention provides a drone for building inspection by mobile terminal control. According to the present invention, the drone for building inspection comprises: an RSS signal transceiving unit to transceive an RSS signal; a camera to photograph a surrounding image; a light emitting marking unit to emit a light mark having a prescribed diffusion rate per distance and having a prescribed vertical length and horizontal length component towards an object to be inspected; and a control unit to control operations of the RSS signal transceiving unit, the camera, and the light emitting marking unit. The control unit compares strength of an RSS signal received from a different drone and an RSS signal received from a separately provided RSS signal transmission device to calculate a relative position and a distance between the different drone and the RSS signal transmission device, and controls the light emitting marking unit and the camera to acquire a first image including a first light mark emitted to the object to be inspected by the light emitting marking unit, a second light mark emitted to the object to be inspected by the different drone, and the object to be inspected. Information of each object can be viewed on a screen simply by allowing a user to easily photograph a construction site to match stored information of an object to be inspected to touch a photographed image to easily manage and supervise a construction situation of the construction site.
