水电站工程设备总监理工程师的素质要求及项目风险控制

摘要

Based on the characteristics of hydro-power station plant engineering projects, this article analyzes the capability and qualification required for chief plant engineering consultant. Apart from pointing out main risks exist in the supervision projects, this article provides preventive measures on risk control and suggestions over how to provide excellent service and how to assure hydro-power station project quality.%本文结合水电站工程设备项目的特点，对设备总监理工程师的能力和素质要求进行了分析，对项目监理过程中存在的主要风险进行了阐述，并就如何控制风险，为水电站设备工程质量、进度提供良好服务，对总监理工程师和监理团队改进提出了有效措施。
