110kV预装式变电站设备监理分析与应用

摘要

本文通过对陕西电网首次安装使用的110kV预装式变电站设备进行监理，对设备监理的重点、难点进行了深入分析，提出一套先进可行的监理方案，并在监理过程中严格控制产品质量及生产进度，采取措施协调处理监理发现的问题，取得良好效果，为今后此类设备在陕西电网中的应用提供了宝贵经验。%On the basis of supervising 110kV pre-installed substation equipment firstly installed by Shaanxi Power Grid, this paper provides a deep study on the key points and difficulties of equipment supervision, and puts forward a set of advanced and feasible supervision plan. The study also shows that good results have been obtained when supervisors strictly control the product quality and production schedule in supervision process, and take measures to solve the problems found in supervision. The study provides precious experience for future application of such equipment in the Shaanxi Power Grid.
