同城化背景下的地区整合规划——以广佛金沙洲地区为例

Guangzhou-Foshan integrate development is a phenomenon of regional development, but lacks theoretical guidance at the moment. Integrate development planning should deal with problems such as miscellaneous functions, spatial segregation, varied urban planning management concepts etc, and build connections between planning vision and actualities, planning management and implementation. Jinshazhou region integrate planning build connections between transportation, functional zoning, significant infrastructures, and will guide the implementation with immediate plans.%同城化是都市圈区域一体化进程的体现,但实践中缺少理论指导.同城化的整合规划应针对整合地区存在的功能混杂、空间隔离、各城市规划管理理念不统一等问题,采取规划目标与现实对接,各城市的规划管理、规划实施互相对接的策略.广佛金沙洲地区的整合规划具体从道路交通、功能布局、重大设施等方面都进行了对接与优化,并通过近期行动计划来指导规划实施.
