转型期城市规划咨询体系有效运行的策略研究

摘要

Currently, planning censultation needs improvement due to lack of integrate system, guidance, and regulations. AEP consultation system is proposed consisting of agencies, experts committee, and the public. By innovating governmental management system and enforcing industrial guidance, AEP consultation can be efficiently operated and thus planning rationality improved.%当前我国规划咨询存在相关机制不健全、缺乏引导和规范等方面的问题,影响了城市规划咨询功能的有效运行.可构建由咨询机构、城市规划专家委员会和公众咨询组成的AEP咨询体系,通过创新政府管理制度、加强政府与行业引导等措施,推动规划咨询体系的有效运行,提高城市规划的科学性.
