北方严寒地区室外公共场所日照管理研究

摘要

Being an important issue in urban planning, sunshine management is getting standardized as relevant codes and analysis technique improves. However, outdoor space sunshine in northern China still needs improvement. Changji is located in severe cold region and values sunshine management. In public pace sunshine management, Changji raises innovative local standards, and endeavors to incorporate outdoor public space sunshine control with residential building sunshine management. Its experience can be a reference for other cities.%日照管理历来是城市规划管理的重要问题之一,随着相关规范、日照分析手段与规划管理水平的不断提高,我国的日照管理已经逐渐步入正轨.但是,目前我国的日照管理在室外公共场所方面仍存在不足,这一问题在北方严寒地区尤为突出.昌吉市作为典型的严寒地区城市,对日照管理较为重视,尤其是在公共场所的日照管理方面提出了具有创新性并符合地方实际问题的条款,力图实现规划管理从住宅建筑日照管理到室外公共场所日照控制的延伸,其实践经验可为严寒地区乃至全国范围内的城市提供参考.
