“多元匹配”规划理念下莱芜市北部新城中心区城市设计探讨

Laiwu city is an old industrial and resource based city. Its northern new city is the north wing of its “one body, two wings”structure. The urban design raises multiple matching concept, integrates and coordinates different city elements, offers design strategies in industry, population, ecological environment, and culture, and guides Laiwu healthy urbanization and northern city development.%莱芜市是济南都市圈内最具代表性的老工业城市和资源型城市，北部新城是莱芜市“一体两翼”中的北翼，在莱芜市城市和产业转型升级的过程中起到了关键作用。北部新城城市设计创新性地提出“多元匹配”的规划理念，根据新城资源禀赋和发展阶段的不同，对城市各个要素进行统筹和协调，从产业、人口、生态环境及文化等方面提出设计策略，为莱芜市提供先进的城镇化建设思路，指导北部新城健康、有序发展。
