主题产业园策划与设计的一体化实践--以中国糖城策划及概念性总体规划为例

Project programming is getting important in thematic industrial park planning. Chinese sugar city is a thematic industry park in Nanning, Guangxi autonomous region. The project is intended to promote sustainable development, upgrading, and group development of sugar industry in Guangxi Autonomous Region. Its planning adopts research-programming-planning technical route, integrates programming concepts with planning and design at dif erent levels, and forms a interlinked rich design product.%在当前多元城市发展背景下，策划成为主题产业园规划设计体系的重要组成部分，其先行引导作用不容小视。中国糖城是广西为促进糖业的可持续发展、推动产业加快转型升级、发展糖业集群重点建设的主题产业园。中国糖城规划设计项目采取“研究-策划-规划”相结合的技术路径，将策划理念与内容融入各个层面的设计工作中，形成了环环紧扣、丰富完善的主题产业园设计体系。
