文章以山东省临沂市费县上冶镇为例，从建设性、生态性和刚性三个方面出发，建立用地适宜性评价指标体系，采用多因子综合叠加分析与主成分分析组合的方法，借助空间信息技术空间分析的优势，开展上冶镇用地适宜性评价。研究结果发现，上冶镇适宜建设的区域主要分布在紫荆河西岸，呈南北向长条状，是未来城镇建设的主要区域。以此为基础，提出“居住用地重点南下、东跨，工业用地重点向西发展，北面控制建设”的上冶镇城镇用地扩展思路，并明确北部宜居老区、南部现代新区、东部滨水新区、西部生态住区、高速北传统产业提升区和高速南新兴产业培育区等功能区布局及发展策略。%The paper takes Shangye town of Linyi city as an example, folows the constructive, ecological, and rigid demand, constructs the land suitability evaluation index system, combines the overlay analysis and PCA method, with the help of GIS technology, evaluates the land suitability state. The result shows that the suitable land distribute in west bank of Zijing river in a strip form, is the main scope of town development in the future. Base on this analysis, the paper proposes the thinking “residential land develop into south and east region, industrial land develop into west region, and control the construction of north region”, puts forward the development strategies to the north old area, south new area, east Waterfront area, west ecological area, and the north traditional industrial area and south new industrial area beside the high speed road.
