国内外历史街区保护更新规划与实践评述及启示

摘要

为保护历史街区，提高历史街区保护更新理论的针对性和全面性，强化历史街区实践的特色与典型性，研究通过分析与回顾国内外历史街区保护更新规划理论和实践进展，从国内外历史街区保护更新的阶段划分、关注的核心问题、关键的技术与模型及实践模式四方面展开综述和总结，并提出我国历史街区保护更新规划的思路与建议。%To improve the quality of historical district preservation, the paper reviews the theory and practice of historical district preservation, concludes the phase, key issues, technique, and models of historical district preservation in China and overseas, and raises development suggestions for China’s historical district preservation.
