《九江县城市总体规划(2004—2020)》实施评估思考及建议

摘要

在我国城镇化发展的关键时期,大多数作为引领城市发展的城市总体规划正面临着重新修编,而修编的前置条件则是必须评估现行城市总体规划.我国住房和城乡建设部于2009年颁布了《城市总体规划实施评估办法(试行)》,该办法试行至今已有5年.文章以编制《九江县城市总体规划(2004—2020)》实施评估报告为例,总结总体规划实施评估作为新、旧版总体规划之间桥梁所起的承上启下作用,并对《城市总体规划实施评估办法(试行)》及总体规划实施评估提出了思考及建议,以期对今后的总体规划实施评估工作提供借鉴.%During the development of urbanization, the urban master plan need to be reformulated, and must evaluate the present master plan first. China have issued the documentary for the evaluation of master plan in 2009. Base on the master plan of Jiujiang county(2004-2020) , Jiujiang county formulates the new master plan, clears the function of evaluation of master plan, and put forwards some suggestion to the country documentary and the planning evaluation in the future.
